Working out in Small Group Training (SGT) is like working out with friends; everyone is there to help and support one another to succeed and achieve.
The workouts not only create real results, they’re also full of fun and energy and take as little as 30 minutes! Perfect if you’re looking for a quick way to burn calories after work or tone up at the weekend. SGT is for everyone, regardless of your fitness level. Our Instructors can tailor everything to your individual needs. You can progress at your own pace and ask questions whilst under professional guidance. We provide three SGT workouts; Burn, GRIT Strength and TRX.
Pilates
Alignment, breathing and centring are the three key fundamentals of Pilates. Through slow controlled movements, the focus is to strengthen the body, improve sporting performance and address poor posture and muscular tension formed from habit or injury.
Who needs to lift weights? Create control and strength throughout the full range of joint movement with only the resistance of the body.
