METCON an advanced exercise system that is proven to burn fat transforming your body shape with lean muscle toning throughout. Over three 15 minute sessions during a one hour class your body will experience up to 30 different metabolic resistance, metabolic conditioning and final metabolic finishing exercises. This will leave you pushed to your limit, forcing muscle adaptation whilst melting fat away. Utilising a series of multiple sets and reps with little rest intervals you will experience a high work rate which is intense, vigorous and challenging. All three of your energy systems will be targeted. The results will be an increase in fat burning hormones, an improved CV capacity and rise in your metabolic rate.

All major muscle groups are targeted you are lead through sets of simple easy stretch techniques and poses. This class will suit all abilities and you do what you can at your own speed allowing for your own suppleness. The end results are muscle fibres gently stretched and put back into order allowing better circulation, removal of waste products, improved range of movement and a general all over feeling of wellbeing.

Getting Here

Knights Templar Sports Centre is a 10 minute walk from Baldock Train Station. The bus route can be found here. Car parking is available next to the centre.
