I’m a friendly guy with a passion for all things health and fitness related and I love helping people realise what they are capable of. With my help you can achieve your goals through enjoyable functional gym training and realistic nutritional recommendations.

Alex

Personal Trainer

I have always had a background in sport; my first real passion in fitness was playing rugby which I played at school and got the chance to play at a high level for an academy. Rugby was my start into fitness; this led to my interest into other forms of exercise like resistance and high intensity training. Since working in a gym I have done a men’s physique bodybuilding show which helped with my knowledge on dieting as well as starting personal training and teaching classes.
I will keep you on track and motivated throughout your training experience ensuring I give 100% to you and your goals in fitness.

Fitness Instructor

From a very young age I have been very keen on sports, which included Squad Swimming, and Athletics, competing at a high level in both. My interest in fitness started at track side, after sustaining an injury and working closely with a Sports Physio, leading me into studying the Level 3 Sports Coaching Diploma at college. As a Fitness Instructor my training will be specific to your goals, dependant on your ability, progressive and fun. I enjoy seeing individuals progression and I will support you in achieving and reaching your goals. I am always looking at new ways to expand my knowledge of different training methods to help you get the most out your time in the gym.
