Junior & Adults: Mondays & Thursdays 6.30pm-7.30pm with Sensei Graham
Higher Grade: Mondays 7.30pm-8.30pm with Hanshi Nursey

A family friendly martial arts club, led by Sensei Graham Fountain (Qualified ESKA Instructor) who has been honoured with the opportunity to run the English Shotokan Karate Association (ESKA) Stevenage club by Chief Instructor Hanshi Michael Nursey (9th Dan and Head of the Association).
The instructors are fully qualified, DBS checked, hold valid first aid certificates and have full public indemnity insurance. We encourage both juniors and adults to train at the same time to allow families to exercise at the venue together. The style of karate we practice is Traditional Shotokan.
