I’ve always loved sport. I’ve played semi pro football since the age of 16 and currently play for Biggleswade FC, I also run bootcamps for SLL. My passion truly lies with sports and fitness, with over 15 years experience in the fitness industry I’m here to help you get started, no matter what your goals or current fitness levels.

Being a skinny teenager, to begin with, I just wanted to get bigger. However, with time my horizons broadened (along with my shoulders!) and I became interested in a more balanced, holistic approach to fitness. I’ve tried a range of different exercises and activities, and I understand how important enjoying your workout is in order to achieve your goals. I believe that there’s an enjoyable workout for everyone, and half of the challenge is discovering it. As an ex clumsy, skinny, uncoordinated person, far from good at any sports, I’m very proud of how far I’ve come with my fitness. There’s a misconception that it takes something special to achieve impressive results, when, in actual fact, with a little effort and the right workout, absolutely anyone can do it!
If you’re interested in any advice, do feel welcome to come and chat to me (even if I look grumpy, it’s just my face.) I look forward to meeting you!

Health and fitness is a real passion of mine, I've been at Stevenage Lifestyles since 2008 and in that time helped a lot of people achieve a healthy lifestyle. I am the Exercise Referral Specialist here and really believe exercise is for everybody! I pride myself in making exercise accessible for people with medical conditions so if yourself or someone you know needs some help, please tell them about the Exercise Referral Scheme here at Stevenage Lifestyles. I love keeping fit for myself with a varied training regime and often take part in muddy obstacle races.

Sat - Sun 8.00am - 6.00pm

Getting Here

The centre is located across the road from Stevenage Train Station and is a 2 minute walk from Stevenage Bus Station. The bus route can be found here. Car parks are available around the centre and are free to members for 2 hours or £1 to non members using the centre.
