Royston Health Action Day

Royston’s Health Action Day on Saturday 30th April 10.00am – 2.00pm, is the perfect event for you and your family to find an activity you’ll enjoy and help you keep active.

Life has been extremely difficult for many people over the last couple of years; isolation, uncertainty of the future, job loss, illness and bereavement have had a detrimental effect on our health and mental wellbeing. Now, more than ever, health, wellbeing and fitness is so important and communication and education regarding the great services available to the local community is vital.

Come along to our Health Action Day where you can join us for free swimming, workout classes, badminton, bouncy castle, creepy crawlies, face painting as well as body compositions scans and blood pressure checks for grown-ups. The event also provides advice from health professionals, charity and voluntary groups helping to promote the comprehensive services that are available in Royston.

Further information on the event and local organisations attending can be found here.
