SLL Obtain Swim England Accreditation

Stevenage Leisure Limited (SLL) has received national recognition for its swim school by being the first Leisure Trust to have all centres awarded with the Swim England Learn to Swim Accreditation.

AquaEd, SLL’s successful learn to swim scheme, officially has Swim England accreditation for every swim school it runs. The Learn to Swim Accreditation recognises excellence in governance, sustainability and effectiveness, highlighting a quality learn to swim experience for all.

SLL brings people together by delivering a wide range of leisure, health and cultural activities across 23 centres, with nine centres having pools with various swimming activities available. The centres reach across Stevenage, North Hertfordshire, Central Bedfordshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire. AquaEd, SLL’s Learn to Swim scheme, now has over 13,000 adults and children learning the lifesaving skill of swimming in a safe and supervised environment.
