
Men’s Club is a free three week course that includes weekly workshops about men's mental and physical health, nutrition and support. The course also offers a wide range of free activities to help you improve your physical and mental health in a friendly, supportive environment - these include the gym, badminton, workout classes and more!
WHAT HAPPENS AT MEN'S CLUB?
During the 3 weeks course of Men's Club, you'll have access to free activities as well as free workshops every Saturday.
Free workshops
Saturdays, 11.30am-1.30pm at Royston Leisure Centre
Week 1
Matters of the Mind
The connection between mind, body & emotion and their impact on stress, anxiety & depression.
Choosing the right fuel
Understand food consumption and weight management.
Week 2
Looking after nuts & bolts
Look at health conditions men experience as they grow older and how exercise, diet and mental health affect them.
Week 3
Looking after the chassis
How correct exercises, manual handling and diet can help manage common back problems.
You will also learn basic relaxation techniques through mindfulness sessions and Chi Kung.

Getting Here
Royston Leisure Centre is a 17 minute walk from Royston Train Station. The bus route can be found here. Car parks are available around the centre and are free to members.
