WORKOUT classes

workout@lifestyles offers a variety of exercise classes designed to cater for all ages and abilities.
We run a range of fitness classes at Sandy Sports Centre, from traditional favourites such as Legs, Bums & Tums and Pilates to BodyPump and HIIT as well as Spinning. Whether you want fun, energetic group sessions or relaxing, chill out sessions there will be something to suit you. The workout programmes are reviewed on a quarterly basis.

We have the latest technology to help you follow an exercise program so you can achieve your goals easily. Gym@lifestyles uses Technogym's Virtual Trainer System, with this latest technology it will be like having your very own personal trainer with you for every step of your workout.

All gym users will need to complete the necessary induction pathway prior to using the equipment.

Personal Trainers have long been known for sculpting the physiques of actors, models and professional athletes, but now Personal Training is available to all Lifestyles gym members.

Mark, Dan and Jason are our highly qualified Personal Trainers who are dedicated to helping you achieve your goals - whether they're about building muscle tone, managing your weight, training for an event or getting into shape for that special occasion!

The sessions are 1 hour long and can be arranged with any Personal Trainer at a time to suit you. Personal Training at Sandy Sports Centre Centre is mainly gym based, but can incorporate other activities if you and your Personal Trainer think that it will give you the direct route to your goal.
