A personal consultation with one of our friendly, qualified fitness consultants to understand the reasons behind why you’re choosing to exercise with us. We will offer you, fitness testing, a body composition scan, get you started and ensure you’re comfortable with the equipment as well as answer your questions.


PERSONAL PROGRAMME

Your fitness consultant will develop your unique personalised training programme to work towards achieving your goals. Your instructor will guide you through the programme to ensure you are happy and comfortable with it.

PERSONAL WORKOUT

An opportunity for you to experience something different to your training programme, one of our fitness consultants will lead you through a session that supports your goals, educates you further on exercises and above everything else is FUN!


PERSONAL RESULTS

We want you to know that your investment with us is achieving results and you’re getting the most out of your membership. We will evaluate your current progress; revisiting your body composition scan*,  fitness assessment and assess both your wellbeing and physical achievements so far. Your fitness consultant will then reset or adjust goals and programming to ensure you are achieving your lifestyle goals.
