SLL Management Team
Over the last 35 years, Adrian has worked within IT for both the public and private sectors. He manages the IT, telephone and mobile systems for both SLL and InspireAll with the support of a small but dedicated team of specialists. Since the collaboration of SLL and InspireAll, the emphasis has been to align the systems and processes across the two businesses - whilst embracing new technologies to provide cost and efficiency benefits to both.
Lee has over 20 years’ experience within the leisure industry, having most recently managed a number of local authority contracts. As Operations Director, he is committed to maintaining and improving operational excellence and works closely with the team and with key stakeholders to deliver improved opportunities for leisure and culture for our local communities. Over the last 10 years, Lee has been heavily involved in successful contract bids, quality accreditations, facility refurbishments and ongoing developments in partnership working with key partners and stakeholders and is looking forward to using his knowledge and passion for the industry to drive the business forwards.
Human Resources Director
Donna is MCIPD qualified and a generalist in Human Resources. Following the collaboration of SLL and InspireAll, Donna became the HR Director in January 2020. Previously, Donna was the HR Manager for SLL and had been since she joined the organisation in November 2004. Donna has worked in many different industries; such as the education sector, NHS, retail and more - including a period of time in the Republic of Ireland, allowing her to gain a lot of knowledge in the field.
Natalie is an ACCA qualified accountant and started her career in accountancy practice before making the move into the Sports and Leisure Trust sector 18 years ago. Natalie's first role in the sector was with Stevenage Leisure Ltd (SLL) as a Management Accountant and over time, she was promoted to the Financial Controller. Natalie worked for the trust for over 9 years until 2012 when she became the Finance Director of Finesse Leisure Ltd - she was then promoted to Chief Executive in 2015. Throughout 2017-18, Natalie led on the successful merger that saw Finesse Leisure Ltd became part of Greenwich Leisure Ltd. She worked with GLL as a Senior Finance Business Analyst, focussing on capital investments, business plans and project reviews. In early 2021, an exciting opportunity arose to return as Finance Director of SLL and Inspire All.
Facilities Management Director
With over 25 years’ experience as a senior manager within the facilities management industry across a broad range of sectors including; banking & financial services, technology, publishing and retail, Martin has taken on the challenge of improving business systems as well as supporting the operational areas of the business over the last 9 years at SLL.
Key areas of responsibility include; project management, energy and utilities, health & safety, environment, insurance and planned maintenance.Working with a strong in-house team and external key supplier partners to deliver a customer focussed FM service culture within the organisation.
