Catmose Sports Centre offers a wide range of activities for all ages and abilities. Facilities include a Technogym fitness suite, an eight court indoor sports hall and over 60 workout classes a week across a variety of studios. The centre is located on the Catmose campus and aims to deliver high quality sports and leisure activities, with a range of memberships available to suit all needs.

GYM
Our gym has the latest Technogym equipment, including cardio and resistance machines and a wide range of free weights, squat racks and a functional training rig. With the use of Technogym’s mywellness cloud you can keep track of your fitness in the gym and out and about.

All members are entitled to the Lifestyles Programme, a personal plan tailored to your needs, which includes a 1-2-1 sessions with a fitness instructor. Personal training sessions are also available for those that want to step up their training or want a little more motivation to help reach their health and fitness goals. 

WORKOUT CLASSES
With over 60 workout classes a week there is something for everyone. There are a wide range of Les Mills Classes including BodyPump and BodyBalance alongside other favourites including indoor cycling, Pilates, Kettlercise and lots more. Classes are suitable for all abilities with the options within each class to work at a level that suits you between beginner and advance level.

SPORTS
The indoor sports hall has eight badminton courts, two full sized basketball courts and four cricket nets. A wide range of sports are available at the centre with all the equipment included. Clubs such as roller skating and badminton also run throughout the week. 

Rutland County Council Update

Following the council meeting on Thursday 18^th April 2024, Rutland County Councillors have voted against reallocating part of the Council’s budget to fund the management of leisure services at Catmose Sports Centre.

We appreciate this will be a huge disappointment to all the centre employees and customers. The current contract with SLL is due to end on 31^st May 2024 and we will be communicating further information as soon as possible, regarding a closure date and the impact this will have on employees, members and all users of the facility.
