GYM
Our 80 station fitness suite boasts the latest Technogym equipment to make your workout as enjoyable as possible. All of our CV equipment has built-in televisions, internet, games and mywellness integration. With the use of Technogym’s mywellness cloud you can keep track of your fitness in the gym and out and about. Our Personal Trainers are at hand if you want to step up your fitness routine or need more motivation. All members are entitled to the Lifestyles Programme, a personal plan tailored to your needs.

WORKOUT CLASSES
Our workout timetable includes over 80 classes a week. We have classes suitable for all levels and include a range of disciplines including High Intensity Interval Training, Dance Classes, Yoga and more.

POOL
The indoor swimming pool is 25 metres long with 8 lanes. Our outdoor heated swimming pool is 50 metres long and is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace. There are many sessions on offer, these range from Aqua Fit classes to Adult & Toddler, AquaEd to Pool Parties. Whether you are looking to join in on a class or have a relaxing swim we can facilitate for all your needs in a safe, relaxing and well maintained environment.
