Mywellness

Mywellness is the Connected Wellness Experience that helps you achieve your sporting, fitness and health goals in a fast, easy and fun way.

Keep on track

With mywellness, you can track all of the activities that you do at the gym or outdoors, measuring kilometres travelled and calories burned. Every physical activity you take part in enables you to collect MOVEs. These are units of measurement that you can compare with your friends, to see who is most active. The mywellness app will keep track of your MOVEs day after day, and thanks to the MOVERGY INDEX, you will be able to view your overall activity status in an easy, intuitive way.

The mywellness app will become your most faithful training companion, and will guide you step by step until you reach your goal, thanks to personalised training programmes and video tutorials which show you how to complete exercises. With mywellness, you can improve and track your performance both in the gym and outdoors, using equipment or carrying out bodyweight exercises. Release your desire to train at any time, wherever you are.

Mywellness includes:

  • Workout of the day – easy to follow exercises from an extensive library.
  • Outdoor activity tracking – track your daily run or walk.
  • Track all your movements by connecting your devises including Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Polar and more.
  • Challenges to join for individuals or against others.
  • Live streaming and on-demand classes (subject to membership type held).

FAQs

How can I access the mywellness platform?

  • Easy to access via the SLL Lifestyles App, click the digital membership tile.
  • This will link you to the mywellness platform. If accessing for the first time, please download the mywellness app from the app or google play store. This will take you to the ‘my wellness platform’, if you haven’t already, download the ‘my wellness app’ and create a login.
  • You will need to create a login. Please use the same email address as we hold for your membership, to ensure the system recognises you as a member.
  • If you already have a ‘my wellness’ account you will have been linked up automatically, provided you have used the same email address as your membership account.
  • Once successfully registered your Centre should appear in the top left hand corner of the screen (add picture).
  • If you are having any problems logging into the mywellness app, please email digitalaccess@sll.co.uk with your full name and Centre you are a member to enable an invitation to be resent.

Can I connect my fitness tracker to the app?

  • The mywellness app is compatible with many fitness tech ware devices such as Strava, Garmin, Fitbit, Myfitnesspal, Polar, runkeeper, nokia & swimtag.

There are two ways of tracking outdoor activity that will link directly to your mywellness app and record the activity.

  • Directly using the outdoor activity tracking available from the home screen.
  • By connecting your fitness tech ware in the setting tab on my wellness app and pairing your device under ‘connect apps and devices’. This will automatically collect the data from the devices you have synced with the ‘my wellness app’ and record on the ‘your movement; tab.

Digital Membership

We have the perfect solution for you to keep active and healthy. Our brand new Digital membership is available on the SLL Lifestyles app in partnership with Technogym will help you stay on track.

You can take part in challenges and regular workouts, plus track your outdoor activity and connect your devices to make every step count. The digital membership offers a wide range of on-demand classes and live-streamed classes from your favourite instructors*.

FAQs

How can I book a live-streamed class?

  • Provided you have set up your profile on the mywellness app as stated above and linked to the centre you hold your membership at you will be able to view any live streamed classes from the home page.
  • Select ‘See All’ button on the live stream tile and you will be able to review the timetable of classes available to book. To book a space click ‘BOOK’. You will have the option to add a reminder to your calendar for each class booked.
  • To cancel a booking select the class you have booked and click ‘DELETE BOOKING’.

How do I attend a live-streamed class?

  • Once you have booked onto a class, prior to the class you will receive a notification via the mywellness app to let you know class is due to commence (you will need to have your notifications switched on in your app settings).
  • To join the class, click the ‘my movement’ tab, your bookings will appear. Click ‘Join Now’ to attend the class.

How can I join an on-demand class?

  • Provided you have set up your profile on the mywellness app as stated above and linked to the centre you hold your membership at you will be able to view any live streamed classes from the home page.
  • Select the tab ‘OnDemand’ if you are unable to view this please check your phone has the latest version updated to view.
  • The OnDemand tab will display all available classes by category.
  • Click on the arrows for more classes to appear.
  • Choose a class you want to work out too and the video contents will appear, and the class will start.
  • The OnDemand library includes classes from our centre instructors and a wide range of Technogym prerecorded workouts. There are over 120 OnDemand classes including Pilates, Yoga, HIIT and boxing.
  • OnDemand classes can be filtered by workout type or duration.

Having problems?

If you are having problems connecting to the ‘mywellness app’, please check the following:

  • Your membership account is active and not frozen or lapsed.
  • You have the latest version of the app (you can update this in your phone settings).
  • You have the camera and sound enabled in my wellness app (in your app store) - if you see a blank screen when logging in for a live class this may be the reason.
  • Your email address for your membership is the same as your ‘my wellness’ account.
