SLL Awarded IIP6 Silver

Following a rigorous face to face, interview and online assessment process under the new Investors in People (IIP) 6 standard, SLL achieved a highly credible ‘silver’ performance rating.

IIP is an internationally recognised accreditation which defines what it is to lead, support and manage people well for sustainable results. SLL was rated as ‘high performing’ in the areas of building capability and empowering and involving people.

Ian Morton, SLL’s Managing Director, commented: “Our teams are our most important asset in providing the best experience for the local community. It is particularly pleasing that our efforts as a team across 20 centres are recognised in this way.”
