Over 60 workout classes are held at the centre each week, across two studios.
The timetable includes a variety of classes such as Battle Blast, Boot Camp, Burn, Indoor Cycling, Kettlercise, Pilates, Step and TRX as well as Les Mills favourites including BodyBalance, BodyPump, Core, GRIT series and Tone.
Workshop style classes held in the gym are also available. These include Core Basics, Gym Fit, Lower Body Blast and Mobilise Me.

Catmose Sports Centre is a 13 minute walk from Oakham Train Station. Car parks are available around the centre and are free to members.
